The deodorization system for cocoa butter offers a unique and efficient solution characterized by its elimination of the need for degumming or pre-treatment, minimal thermal damage during deodorization, and a compact design under 10 meters in height. Constructed entirely from stainless steel and installed to meet hygienic food-grade standards, the system is fully pre-fabricated in Italy before shipment, ensuring the lowest overall project costs while delivering the highest butter quality.

Pin worker units are used for plasticizing margarines and shortenings between or after cooling in Chemetator. Sizes available range from 35 litres to 200 litres per cylinder and the units are mounted in the same style of the Chemetators keeping sound levels extremely low as well as ensuring ease of maintenance.

Thermal insulation tube designed to provide controlled holding time after crystallization. Promotes final crystal development and stabilization before further processing or packaging.

A range of high pressure pumps for shortenings and margarine emulsions at rates of 100 to 20,000 kg/hour at pressures up to 200 bar. Pumps are skid mounted with pulsation dampers, pressure transmitter and integral pressure relief valves. Pump design is fully hygienic with stainless steel and ceramic product contact parts.

Blending system for high-gravity beer dilution, allowing producers to brew high-density wort and dilute post-fermentation. Reduces tank usage and energy consumption.

Designed for continuous deaeration of various liquid foods. Combines high vacuum technology with integrated control systems for automated, consistent performance. Suitable for wine, beer, juice, and liquid food production lines.

Systems for receiving, dissolving, filtering, and dosing both crystalline and liquid sugar, with automated controls for flow and concentration.

Available in both direct (steam injection) and indirect (heat exchanger) configurations, this system rapidly brings the product to 135–150°C for a few seconds before cooling and transfer. Ideal for heat-sensitive liquids, it maintains product integrity and maximizes safety.

Blendtech’s solution integrates advanced heat treatment with automatic control and CIP/SIP compatibility. It’s engineered for high throughput and energy efficiency, suitable for beverages and other liquid foods requiring long shelf life.

Tunnel pasteurizer, warmer, recooler: there are different types of tunnels: pasteurizers, for gradual heating cycles to stabilize wine, beer, and beverages while preserving their taste; coolers to control the preparation of products for packaging or distribution; beverage heaters for hot fill or specific process requirements.

Enables optimal yeast vitality for consistent fermentation results.

A high-efficiency thermal evaporator designed to concentrate liquid foods such as fruit juices, extracts, or musts under vacuum. Minimizes thermal degradation and preserves volatile compounds.
