Della Toffola was founded in the 1958, introducing the first stainless steel crushers and vertical presses – marking a turning point in winemaking technology. Over the following decades, the company expanded its product portfolio and strengthened its international presence.
The 1990s marked a pivotal phase of growth, driven by strategic acquisitions of complementary Italian companies, entry into new market sectors, the development of proprietary technologies, and the opening of international branches. This diversification extended Della Toffola’s expertise into wastewater treatment and advanced solutions for the food and chemical industries.
From 1996 onward, the company accelerated its global expansion, establishing subsidiaries in France, Spain, Argentina, Chile, California, and Mexico. Through acquisitions of leading companies such as Sirio Aliberti, OMB, AVE Technologies, Gimar, Priamo Food Technologies, and Z-Italia, the Della Toffola Group emerged as a key player in production and packaging technologies for wine and beverages.
In 2021, Omnia Technologies was born from the union of Della Toffola and Bertolaso, becoming the first end-to-end partner for the beverage, food and life sciences industries.
