Our history

Blendtech was founded with the aim of supporting beverage manufacturers with tailor-made systems designed to meet the ever-changing needs of the market. Its in-depth knowledge of liquid mixing and treatment processes has enabled it to establish itself as a reliable and flexible technical partner, capable of guaranteeing quality and performance at every stage of the production process.
Since 2023, Blendtech has been part of the Omnia Technologies Group, expanding its expertise and integrating new synergies to offer end-to-end solutions dedicated to the production of non-alcoholic beverages, from flavoured waters to soft drinks, juices and ready-to-drink beverages.

    Dynamos

    Dynamos is a crossflow filter suitable for the food and beverage industry, ideal for liquids containing high levels of solids, it filters gently without the need for additives, with low energy consumption and without introducing oxygen. It is particularly indicated for viscous protein concentrates, fermentation broths and other viscous liquids. For difficult streams where viscosity, solids load or fouling tendency can limit conventional filtration performance, dynamic rotary membrane systems offer a strong alternative. Anhigh and consistent final solids concentration could be reach (up to 70-80% v/v). By generating high shear at the membrane surface, these systems can improve filtration stability and make it easier to process challenging products that are hard to handle with standard crossflow solutions.
