Accessibility Statement
Omnia Technologies is committed to making its website accessible, in accordance with Law no. 4 of 9 January 2004. This accessibility statement applies to the website https://www.omniatechnologiesgroup.com/.
Compliance status
Partially compliant.
This website is partially compliant with the requirements set out in Appendix A of the UNI CEI EN 301549 standard due to the cases of non-compliance listed below.
Non-accessible content
The content listed below is currently not accessible for the following reason: non-compliance with Law no. 4 of 9 January 2004.
1. Perceivability
On some pages, the contrast between text and background is insufficient, particularly where content is displayed over images, videos or variable backgrounds.
Some controls and buttons are not always clearly visible or easy to identify.
Some informative images do not have appropriate text alternatives, while in other cases decorative images may be unnecessarily read by assistive technologies.
Some moving content, such as videos or automatic carousels, is not always fully perceivable or controllable.
Some PDF documents linked from the website are not fully accessible and may present issues relating to readability, structure or compatibility with assistive technologies.
2. Operability
Some components, such as menus, filters, sliders and navigation controls, cannot always be used correctly via keyboard navigation.
In some situations, keyboard focus does not follow a predictable order or is not sufficiently visible.
Some dynamically updated content, for example after applying filters or changing slides, is not clearly communicated to users of assistive technologies.
In some cases, interactive controls have reduced activation areas or interaction methods that are not fully accessible.
3. Understandability
The structure of headings and sections is not always consistent, making the organisation of content less immediately understandable.
Some links, buttons and controls do not have labels that are sufficiently clear or understandable.
In some cases, the behaviour of filters, selectors and expandable components may appear unpredictable.
Some forms and textual content contain instructions, guidance or messages that are not always clear or consistent.
4. Robustness
Some custom components are not implemented in a way that is fully compatible with assistive technologies.
In several sections of the website, the semantic structure of information, content groups and interactive elements is not sufficiently clear.
Some visually clickable elements are not correctly recognised as interactive controls by assistive technologies.
Some dynamic interface updates are not managed in a fully reliable way for screen readers.
