Provides gentle treatment, preserving sensory qualities while reducing volume and increasing sugar content.

Automated carbonation systems designed for precise CO₂ injection into wine, beer, and beverages. Includes CO₂ control loops, temperature regulation, and hygienic design for food-grade safety.

Ideal for fragile products and accurate dosing. Suitable for wine and must with minimal oxygen pickup.

High-flow, stainless steel pumps for general wine transfer. Compact and CIP-ready.

Designed for high-pressure transfers, especially effective with dense liquids and gentle delivery.

Perfect for viscous liquids or those with suspended solids. Provides constant, pulsation-free flow.

Built to handle whole grapes, crushed grapes, and pomace, with adjustable flow and pressure settings.

Pasteurisers for margarine, spreads and butter emulsions from 100 to 20.000 kg/hour are supplied as skid mounted units ready for fast installation in customer facility. The pasteurisers are supplied with titanium plates for standard margarine emulsions or with scraped surface heat exchangers and tubular coolers for low fat spread products.

Scraped surface heat exchanger for the production and crystallisation of margarines and shortenings. From pilot plant scale to 20,000 kg/hour lines and with product pressure up to 150 bar, these machines are the most modern available in today’s marketplace. The systems are unique in that they are fully enclosed in hygienic cabinets making them extremely quiet. Ammonia, Freon or Carbon Dioxide can be used as direct refrigerants.

For continuous remelting of products returned from margarine, shortening and other fats production systems. The units include product pumps, tubular and/or plate heat exchangers and hot water generation systems.

Chemtech is a supplier of complete systems to the gelatine industry and is unique in supplying on oscillating base frame for the Chemetator heat exchangers to transfer noodles to the dryer belt in the most hygienic conditions.

Chemetator - Fixed Unit: A range of scraped surface heat exchangers for cooling and gelling of concentrated gelatine extract prior to extrusion and drying. The system can be equipped with inclined extrusion tubes, combined with perforate plates for obtain gelatine noodles. The perforated plates permit an optimal drying on a drying belt before final grinding.
