Developed from the complete redesign of Opera, ACMI’s best-selling model, Opera Omnia is a modular, universal and highly flexible platform capable of managing all the main labelling technologies: roll-fed, cold glue, self-adhesive and hot melt, also in combination.

Inspired by the automotive industry, ACMI completely redesigned the machine structure to achieve high levels of reliability and quality. Its compact design reduces the machine footprint, while improved ergonomics and accessibility make operations easier. Installation is fast thanks to plug & play technology.

Technology also plays a key role in the operator experience. The new HMI offers intuitive navigation and customizable dashboards, together with AI integration for predictive diagnostics and automatic format change. The control panel also features RGB LED visual signals and image-guided diagnostics.

Format change is fully automated: a photo of the new label is enough to set the correct parameters, simplifying the transition between different production requirements.

Opera Omnia also features a new roll-fed unit designed for high-speed applications, integrating a rotating blade system and a ceramic glue roller to ensure cutting precision and accurate label application. Its compact architecture facilitates line integration, while quick format-change systems and automatic adjustments provide operational flexibility.

Reduced maintenance and optimized energy consumption further contribute to the overall efficiency of the machine.
