BOTTLING & PACKAGING
Delta
The DELTA range includes rotary corking machines in AISI 304 stainless steel, designed for high-speed applications from 4,000 to 60,000 bottles per hour. They feature active grippers to prevent dust from entering the compression chambers and bottles, with an optional V/G/V (vacuum-gas-vacuum) system.
The range includes:
DELTA R, for flush cork applications, with V/G/V system;
DELTA S, for sparkling corks, compatible with truncated-cone or conical plungers.
BOTTLING & PACKAGING
Supergloria
The SUPERGLORIA range includes single-head corking machines designed for closing cork stoppers, suitable for both still and sparkling wines, with a production capacity from 1,000 to 3,000 bottles per hour. The machines can be configured for flush cork or sparkling applications and support cylindrical, truncated-cone, or conical plungers.
The range includes:
SUPERGLORIA 500 R, for flush cork applications;
SUPERGLORIA 500 S, for still and sparkling wines;
SUPERGLORIA R/S, a versatile solution for both applications.

Sigma
The SIGMA range includes capping machines in AISI 304 stainless steel for cylindrical bottles, suitable for aluminum ROPP caps, pre-threaded plastic screw caps, and press-on closures. The machines feature rotary distributors or Pick & Place systems, quick-change heads, and solutions that reduce oxygen exposure by coupling cap and bottle immediately.
The range includes:
SIGMA V, for aluminum ROPP caps;
SIGMA M, for pre-threaded plastic screw caps;
SIGMA KAPPA, for ROPP and press-on caps.
