Omnia Academia is Omnia Technologies Group’s Business School.

Omnia Academia, in alignment with the Latin meaning of “Omnia” (“all things”) Technologies, embodies our commitment to comprehensive and interdisciplinary training.

This initiative not only enhances the professional skills of our team but also serves as a unique opportunity to promote and strengthen Italian manufacturing and industrial leadership, elevating it to levels of globally recognised excellence.

Through Omnia Academia, we aim to consolidate the critical expertise needed to tackle the challenges of the next fifty years of evolution, while actively fostering our connection with local communities and the regions where we operate, contributing to their growth and development.

Omnia Academia offers three different training paths to enhance our team’s skills and support business growth.

    Omnia Mestieri

    Omnia Mestieri aims to create, develop, and consolidate the essential and strategic skills that will guide us on our path of evolution, while strengthening our relationship with the local communities and regions where we operate through:
    • Academy: addressing the shortage of skilled professionals in the job market by investing in initiatives focused on “on-the-job” training to nurture new talent and integrate them into our Group.
    • Partnerships with educational institutions: we aspire to become a key point of reference for Italian schools and universities by participating in Career Days and hosting students for work-study programmes, internships, and doctorates, effectively bridging the gap between education and the workplace.
  • For commercial area

    Omnia Prodotti

    It aims to provide a 360° perspective on all industries and their various operational stages, with a particular focus on the Group’s product portfolio. This approach is designed to understand and enhance the synergy between the various brands through dedicated training sessions that offer a stimulating and interactive environment. In this context, participants can deepen their knowledge and acquire the specific skills needed to excel in each sector, fostering effective and integrated collaboration.
  • For our management

    Omnia Manageriale

    It ensures efficient oversight and promotes the development of a strong corporate culture by engaging the Group’s managers in leadership development programmes. Through training across three dimensions—knowledge, skills, and personal growth—we aim to strengthen the capabilities essential for the success of our Group and all our people.
