AISI 304 stainless steel capping machine for cylindrical bottles with crown caps, complete with an automatic feeder, a pick-and-place system and quick-release capping heads for quick and easy format changeovers.

The SIGMA range includes capping machines in AISI 304 stainless steel for cylindrical bottles, suitable for aluminum ROPP caps, pre-threaded plastic screw caps, and press-on closures. The machines feature rotary distributors or Pick & Place systems, quick-change heads, and solutions that reduce oxygen exposure by coupling cap and bottle immediately.

The range includes:

SIGMA V, for aluminum ROPP caps;

SIGMA M, for pre-threaded plastic screw caps;

SIGMA KAPPA, for ROPP and press-on caps.

Pressure tanks are designed for producing sparkling wines using the Charmat method. Designed by Sirio and F2, these vessels ensure controlled secondary fermentation, CO₂ retention, and wine clarification and stabilization of sparkling wine. Available in several capacities, they integrate cooling/heating jackets, pressure control systems, and top-level hygienic components. Ideal for wineries aiming to optimize efficiency in spumante production.

Fermentation Temperature Control is centralized and distributed temperature control for the thermal conditioning of wine, thanks to chiller, glycol/chilled water distribution plant, tubular cooler for temperature decreases and fermentation tanks automatic temperature control with and without PLC.

The Master filter is designed for demanding industrial operations across food and beverage sectors. Built to handle high flow rates and until 8 bar working pressure, these sheet filters offer increased sheet surface area, robust hydraulics, and options for automatic plate shifting. Designed For products with high suspended solids, Tubular pasteurizers are produced to preserve the characteristics of the product. Flash Pasteurization plants, instead, assure maximum security and minimum alterations of products according to UHT principle (ultra high temperature). The cap feeding system is designed to automatically manage and supply caps to the production line, ensuring a continuous and orderly flow. It correctly orients the caps, selects the suitable ones and removes any defective ones. In this way, it ensures efficiency, speed and precision in the capping process, reducing the need for manual intervention and machine downtime.

The electronic capping machine is an advanced system that applies caps to bottles with high precision and control. As it has no mechanical friction, it prevents over-tightening and ensures an optimal seal even with lightweight caps. It allows customised parameters to be set for each type of cap and automatically adjusts the tightening speed to achieve the ideal final torque. Furthermore, it ensures maximum hygiene and requires no maintenance.

Dynamos is a fully automatic rotating tangential filter made from AISI 304 stainless steel. Ideal for liquids containing high levels of solids, it filters gently without the need for additives, with low energy consumption and without introducing oxygen. Self-cleaning, easy to inspect and available in sizes ranging from 1 to 20 m², it guarantees high-quality results and long filtration cycles.
