Priamo Food Technologies was founded in 1991 with the aim of designing and manufacturing plants for the dairy industry, drawing on its experience and constant technological research as a distinctive feature. Thanks to this commitment to innovation, the company has established itself as a leader in Italy and abroad.

In 2010, Priamo introduced mini dairies, developed thanks to the expertise gained in the design of large production facilities, thus expanding its offering to small and medium-sized companies.

A strategic step was taken in 2011, when Priamo joined the Della Toffola Group, a world leader in the production of plants for the wine and beverage sector. This integration has strengthened the company’s presence on international markets and enabled it to offer a complete service: from feasibility studies to the design of construction works and the final implementation of the plant.

In 2023, the Della Toffola Group was revamped and became Omnia Technologies, a brand that brings together international excellence in the field of food & beverage technologies. Priamo, part of this group, consolidated its leadership and expanded its opportunities for development in global markets.

Priamo designs and manufactures machinery and plants for milk processing and dairy production, developing advanced technological solutions that ensure efficiency, quality and reliability throughout the production process.

Its technologies are used across several sectors, including dairy, beer, cider and beverage, and include complete milk processing plants, mini dairies and systems designed to meet the needs of production facilities of different sizes. These solutions are engineered to guarantee high quality standards and operational flexibility throughout every stage of the process.
