Founded in Milan in 1996, Permeare began as an Italian company specialising in membrane separation technologies and the main complementary separation techniques. From its early years, the company has operated in an international context, collaborating with prestigious companies and important research institutes in the wine, food and industrial sectors. In 2011, Permeare Iberica was established to consolidate its presence in European markets. The opening of the subsidiary represents a strategic step in international growth, strengthening the ability to serve customers directly in local markets.

In 2021, Permeare joined the Omnia Technologies group, an ecosystem that brings together technological excellence in the world of advanced technologies for the wine and beverage sectors.

Permeare offers plants for high-quality wine filtration and total or partial dealcoholisation. The solutions are designed to preserve the organoleptic properties of the product. They are modular, scalable and integrable into existing processes, with precise and automated control of every critical parameter.
