AVE Technologies was founded in 1964 with the creation of Officine AVE, initially focused on the design and production of bottling machinery for the Italian wine industry.

Over the years the company expanded its international presence, developing innovative technologies for beverage bottling and introducing advanced electronic control systems for filling machines. Thanks to its strong focus on innovation and solid engineering expertise, AVE has established its presence in more than 60 countries worldwide.

Since 2010 the company has been part of the Della Toffola Group, now integrated into Omnia Technologies, further strengthening its ability to provide advanced technological solutions for the beverage and food industries.
