Omnia Technologies presents Opera Omnia

ACMI, a global leader in packaging and bottling technologies and flagship brand of the Beverage Division of Omnia Technologies, announces the launch of Opera Omnia.

Unveiled at Drinktec 2025, Opera Omnia is the result of a complete redesign of the Opera model, ACMI’s best-selling labeller. It stands out as a modular, universal, and highly flexible platform, capable of handling all major labelling technologies: roll-fed, cold glue, self-adhesive, and hot melt, including combined applications. This approach represents a paradigm shift, merging ease of use, fast delivery, and maximum adaptability to production requirements.

Drawing inspiration from the automotive industry, ACMI has re-engineered the machine’s structure from the ground up, introducing high levels of reliability and quality. The compact design reduces floor space requirements, while ergonomics and accessibility have been enhanced to facilitate every operation. Installation is extremely fast thanks to plug & play technology, and the new HMI interface offers intuitive navigation, customizable dashboards, and AI integration for predictive diagnostics and automatic format changeover.

The Opera Omnia control panel has been redesigned for simplicity and interactivity: intuitive menus, RGB LED visual signals, customizable dashboards, and image-guided diagnostics. Format changeovers are fully automated. Just upload a photo of the new label and the correct parameters are set automatically.

The new roll-fed unit, engineered for high-speed applications, features a rotary blade system and a ceramic-coated glue roller, ensuring precise cutting and perfect label application. The compact architecture facilitates in-line integration, while rapid format changeover and automatic adjustment systems guarantee operational flexibility. Reduced maintenance and optimized energy consumption further enhance the machine’s overall efficiency.
