Acquisitions of BRAM-COR, Siempharma, C.Matic and Formartis

Omnia Technologies’ Life Sciences Division approaches €90 million in revenue following strong organic growth and four strategic acquisitions

The leading automation and bottling technology company strengthens its capabilities in pharmaceutical processing and packaging, integrating engineering expertise and consolidating its role as a turnkey solution provider

Omnia Technologies, the leading company for automation technologies and integrated solutions for the beverage and pharmaceutical sectors, announces the acquisitions of four life sciences automation engineering and manufacturing leaders: BRAM-COR, Siempharma, C.Matic and Formartis.

The strategic move further strengthens Omnia Technologies’ Life Sciences division, which approaches €90 million in revenues, driven by strong organic momentum – H1 2026 revenue up 43% year-on-year on an organic basis – and targeted strategic acquisitions. Omnia Technologies further consolidates its position as a leading technology partner and expands its offering of integrated solutions for the pharmaceutical industry.

Based in Parma (Parma, Italy), BRAM-COR is a global leader in pharmaceutical water treatment technologies (PW, WFI and PS), with a focus on sterile systems and processes for liquid pharmaceutical products. Founded in 1964 and with a consolidated presence in over 70 countries, BRAM-COR combines formulation, processing, filling and packaging expertise with integrated solutions for the pharmaceutical industry.

Based in Aprilia (Latina, Italy), Siempharma develops packaging machines and complete lines for the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical sectors, from filling to end-of-line solutions, integrating vision, track & trace, automation and robotics technologies to deliver tailored solutions.

Based in Aprilia (Latina, Italy), C.Matic specialises in the design of customised technical solutions, the revamping of machinery for the pharmaceutical sector, and the development of format changeover systems, backed by extensive experience in technical support services.

The acquisition of Formartis, an engineering company based in Lemignano di Collecchio (Parma, Italy) specialising in engineering, industrial design and automation, further strengthens key capabilities across the group’s divisions in innovation and R&D, product development and project execution.

The management teams of the newly acquired companies will remain with the businesses and contribute to Omnia Technologies’ next phase of growth. They will benefit from the group’s integrated offering, global commercial and after-sales platform, and broader production capacity and scale.

Following the integration of the four acquired companies, Omnia Technologies’ Life Sciences division brings together a broader portfolio of nine specialist brands and covers the entire value chain from process technologies to primary, secondary and end-of-line packaging solutions.
