UHT direct/indirect

Available in both direct (steam injection) and indirect (heat exchanger) configurations, this system rapidly brings the product to 135–150°C for a few seconds before cooling and transfer. Ideal for heat-sensitive liquids, it maintains product integrity and maximizes safety.
