Our history

SAP Italia was founded in 1983 as a company dedicated to the construction of plants for the food industry. From the outset, the company has invested in process knowledge and technological research, developing solid and recognised know-how in various fields of application.
Over the years, it has expanded its offering, specialising in the design of plants for the production and treatment of beverages and in aseptic treatment, particularly in the dairy sector. Its ability to innovate and adapt to the needs of a constantly evolving market has consolidated its reputation as a trusted technical partner.
