120,000 high-speed quadriblock
ACMI’s new blow-labeller-filler-capper quadriblock, compact and high-performing, reaches up to 120,000 bottles per hour thanks to double-cavity technology.
Designed to optimize space and energy consumption, it features the new electronic capper, an innovative air recovery system and a high-efficiency oven with U-shaped lamps, ensuring maximum productivity and significant energy savings.
OPERA OMNIA LABELLER
Opera Omnia, rollfed revolution
ACMI’s new roll-fed labeller combines high performance and artificial intelligence to deliver smart, fast and precise labelling.
With simplified cutting adjustment, independent motorized axes and a new AI interface, the machine identifies labels, sets parameters, and detects anomalies in real time.

WRAPPER WITH KRAFT PAPER
Rocket, speed & sustainability
The new Rocket wrapper combines high performance and eco-sustainability in a proprietary SCARA robotic platform developed by ACMI.
Compatible with both plastic film and kraft paper, it reaches speeds of 160 half-pallets/hour and features automatic changeover and pre-stretch replacement.
In kraft paper configuration, it reduces carbon footprint by 62% compared to virgin plastic film, delivering an efficient and sustainable tertiary packaging solution.
